The AUNDE Group sees itself as an integrative and networked system in which all parts and activities are interconnected. For this reason, we attach great importance to a holistic approach to corporate management in chich we take all aspects into account as far as possible.

Compliance and information security play an important role in sustainable corporate management. The AUNDE Group therefore sees these topics as a management task. They help to minimize risks and create trust and long-term stability. These two aspects in particular are closely linked to the protection of the interests of various stakeholders.

The various facets of sustainability are fully integrated into the corporate strategy. At the heart of our strategy development is the materiality analysis, which was completely revised at the beginning of 2023. This gave us a better overview, a higher level of detail and a clearer prioritization of topics. Basically, two dimensions were considered:

• Relevance of the topics from the perspective of the AUNDE Group
• Relevance of the topics from the perspective of our stakeholder groups

The following topics are material for the AUNDE Group and reflect the priorities under which we drive sustainability forward in a targeted manner.

The AUNDE Group operates as a globally networked company with a clear governance structure that defines responsibilities for business processes at all levels. Our management system approach is based on internationally recognised standards and best practices to ensure the highest standards in environmental protection, occupational health and safety and social responsibility. It also systematically supports the global sustainability goals of the United Nations (SDG).

Our Total Integrated Management System TIMS covers all of the Group's business processes. It converts the requirements of customers, legislators and other stakeholders in all of the aforementioned facets into processes, instructions and methods. It therefore provides direction and a framework for the entire Group. All AUNDE Group sites are connected to TIMS and are constantly working to improve compliance and business performance.
