Opening of AUNDE MEXICO's second plant

On 12 August 2025, AUNDE MEXICO celebrated the official opening of its second plant in Puebla. After only 11 months of construction, the new production hall with an area of 5,650 m² was completed – a significant milestone that expands the total production area to 50,000 m².

In future, the circular knitting and warp knitting departments will be relocated to the new hall to create additional capacity for flat weaving.

The inauguration ceremony was accompanied by speeches from our CEO Peter Bolten, Bernd Popp (CEO AUNDE MEXICO) and Monserrat Guizar from the Puebla government. After the symbolic cutting of the red ribbon, guests were able to chat over coffee and enjoy the celebrations.
