AUNDE Group strengthens competence through acquisition of Reinert Kunststofftechnik

The AUNDE Group based in Mönchengladbach will take over 100% of the shares of Reinert Kunststofftechnik based in Bissingen and another production facility in Oradea (Romania). With this step, AUNDE expands the existing competences for the vehicle interior with the technology for plastic injection molding.
Reinert Kunststofftechnik will form an independent part of the AUNDE Group within the AUNDE Group and will operate on the market while retaining the company name. The existing management with Jürgen Hahn and Octavian Petru remains in office and will support the planned expansion of Reinert Kunststofftechnik in the long term.
Completion of the acquisition is planned for the end of the year and is subject to antitrust approvals.
