AUNDE Group Announces Changes in Executive Management and Strategic Realignment

The AUNDE Group today announced a significant change in its executive management structure, effective January 1, 2026. In addition to the current Managing Director Peter Bolten (CEO), Tobias Lüpfert (COO) and Torsten Scholder (CFO) will join the management board as new Managing Directors.

As part of this restructuring, Christian Prause (CFO) will step down from the management board on December 31, 2025. We thank Mr. Prause for his many years of successful work and his valuable contribution to the development of the AUNDE Group.

With this change, the AUNDE Group is initiating a new strategic direction. The previous growth strategy will be concluded, and the focus will shift to the transformation phase of the automotive industry. The goal is to actively shape the technological and structural changes in the sector and strengthen the company’s position as a reliable partner in a dynamic market environment.
