Change of leadership at the AUNDE Group
Over a period of more than 40 years, Rolf Koenigs has developed the AUNDE Group from a single company in Moenchengladbach to an international automotive supplier with currently 116 facilities in 28 countries.
In two steps, he will now move into his well-deserved retirement. On 01 July 2024 Rolf Koenigs will resign his positions on the board of directors of the various business operations. As of today’s date, the appointments to succeed him on the board of directors are:
- Peter Bolten und Christian Prause for the business unit AUNDE
- Tobias Lüpfert und Torsten Scholder for the business unit ISRINGHAUSEN
- Helge Pfeiffer for the business unit FEHRER
- Jürgen Hahn und Octavian Petru for the business unit REINERT
This management group, which has been working in the company for a long time, further secures the long-term orientation of the family business.
As of September 1st 2024, Rolf Koenigs will also resign as CEO of the board of directors of AUNDE SE. The previous appointments of Peter Bolten CSO and Christian Prause CFO to the board of directors of AUNDE SE had been made on March 1st 2023 already.
The shareholders, the leadership team and the more than 25,000 employees of the AUNDE Group thank Rolf Koenigs for his decades of tireless service. Our thoughts and best wishes accompany him into a good future.
